We have a new role where you can consistently formulate, develop and communicate insightful and actionable intelligence to aid strategic decision making to drive business development, profitability, growth, client retention and other business opportunities.

Our Strategy & Business team is expanding! We are recruiting for a NEW Regional Commercial Business Intelligence Manager in the United States to help us shape the future of the company through mapping/analyzing business market trends, making recommendations to the executive leadership team, and with data management & integrity. We need someone with 5-7 years’ experience building relationships remotely in a global setting, direct capabilities to implement best practices & project management, and providing market research to support the commercial sales team to provide a competitive advantage.

We are looking for an expert data miner to take a proactive part in a team that builds a new professional ability and unit within Dura-Line. Your agility & integrity will support the creation of commercial business plans, negotiations and potentially commercial partnerships and M&As. You will be responsible for mining business intelligence and creating insights for management decision process for the CEO and Commercial teams in the areas of CAPEX, margins, multipliers, plus benchmarking competitors in the areas of pricing, suggesting optimizations, and customers.

Critical Thinking & Data Management

In this role, you need to bring your demonstrated skill in navigating databases and other software applications to create unique document deliverables and ability to think critically, find patterns and gaps, and form conclusions in order to support local cross functional competitive meetings with facilitation, competitive program overviews, updates on tactical results, gap analyses, competitive composition readouts and recommendations on new programs or modifications to existing programs. A fair understanding of the competitive landscape, market dynamics/trends, and strong track record in both quantitative and qualitative analysis and data-driven research are needed.

Project Management skills

We are looking for someone who is a forward-looking thought leader to develop strategies, design business cases, present research/strategy findings in meetings, and wants to plan, implement, and execute those strategic plans.
