As a Home Delivery Scheduling Lead, you will represent the RH brand by facilitating a luxury delivery experience of furniture and accessories to our customers' homes. This role will provide our customers with an elevated experience through timely phone and email communications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Provide leadership and coaching to Scheduling team and partners to ensure all standards and processes are met
  • Develop a deep understanding of our policies, processes and products so that solutions are recommended in real time to our customers, delivery team and partners
  • Ensure an unmatched, world-class customer experience during each step of the delivery scheduling process
  • Leverage strong communication skills to effectively communicate with every customer and collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Support phones lines in a high-volume contact environment
  • Leverage strong communication skills (oral, written and listening) to effectively collaborate with your delivery team, internal partners, and customers
  • Continuously seek to identify and eradicate operational inefficiencies and performance gap opportunities

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years customer service or delivery logistics experience
  • Strong oral, written and listening skills and the ability to build rapport through open and honest communication
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and motivated to find solutions in ambiguous environments or new scenarios
  • Resilient in the face of adversity with the ability to excel under pressure
  • Proficient technical ability: familiarity with Apple devices and software, Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours
