We are seeking to employ a Project Managerwith Pharmaceutical projects experiencefor one of our on-going projects in Summit, NJ.

The Project Manager is responsible for the management, managerial oversight, administration, and coordination of the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction on timely and economical basis.

• Coordination of contractors on building project


• Supervision of onsite QC/QA staff


• Coordinate with onsite owner's representative


• Resolve field issues in cooperation with A/E


• Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings


• Assist in CPM schedule updates


• Communications Plan


• Integrated Schedule development and management


• Baseline Management and Change Control


• Coordination and integration of field activities


• Closeout and Commissioning

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience


• Four year college degree is REQUIRED
  


• Experience in similar projects is required


• Strong communication skills
