We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Integration Coordinator.

Integration coordinators work to assist integration manager and the integration management office (IMO) teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. They organize integration projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and meeting organizational and department expectations. This involves monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. The Integration Coordinator level II (2), will exhibit increased ability to work autonomously in all essential duties and responsibilities for the position.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.

  • Determining project changes.

  • Providing administrative support as needed.

  • Undertaking project tasks as required.

  • Developing project strategies.

  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Reads and abides by the company's code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs

  • Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company

  • Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so

Education/Experience:


  • Secondary degree (AA or global equivalent); bachelor degree or related field of study preferred;

  • 1-2 years of related project coordinator experience

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

  • High-level competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred; or ability to attain once minimum project hours are met.
