  • BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sales order entry and sales order processing preferred
  • Past knowledge/experience and understanding of various reporting tools preferred
  • 4. SAP experience preferred

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.This Entry-level position assists the Ring Sales and Admin. Teams with data entry and day-to-day customer inquiries. Perform an active role in maintaining a good customer relationship and supports the Sales Admin Manager as well as the Ring Sales Managers in providing exceptional customer service.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Individual Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Create and maintain material masters in SAP
  • Create and maintain Sales Orders and forging order information in SAP.
  • Provides Sales Order status information to customers and communicates with Production Planning, Production, Logistics and other departments as required
  • Creates and maintains Quotations in CRM.
  • Monitor aspects of delivery reliability and maintain proper dashboards and charts for reporting purposes.
  • Creates and maintains finished goods reports, safety stock reports and on-time delivery reports.
  • Assists in sales administrative duties necessary to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Assists in maintaining professional customer relationships.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Compliance with Ethics Policy, Harassment Policy, EEO.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by complying with all safety and environmental policies in the workplace.
  • Advocates for and promotes a safe work environment by reporting near misses and/or other safety and environmental hazards, wearing all required PPE and encouraging others to do the same.
