Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Individual Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Create and maintain material masters in SAP
Create and maintain Sales Orders and forging order information in SAP.
Provides Sales Order status information to customers and communicates with Production Planning, Production, Logistics and other departments as required
Creates and maintains Quotations in CRM.
Monitor aspects of delivery reliability and maintain proper dashboards and charts for reporting purposes.
Creates and maintains finished goods reports, safety stock reports and on-time delivery reports.
Assists in sales administrative duties necessary to satisfy customer requirements.
Assists in maintaining professional customer relationships.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word.
