At Bright Horizonsyou will:

• Create andimplementhands-on activities based on your observations ofchildren's interests and skills


• Document and share the special moments andimportant milestones ofthechildren in your care

Must meet state and company minimumeducation and experiencerequirements:

Teacher:

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED


• Pass required state and company background checks


• At least six months of experience working with children in a professional setting


• Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred


• Associate Degree in ECE strongly preferred

Associate Teachers and Substitutes:

• At least 18 years of age withahigh school diploma orGED


• Pass required state and company background checks


• Experience working with children in a professional setting


• North Carolina Credential (EDU 119)
