We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

*Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of day -to-day operations of recruiting.
* Supports key aspects of the Talent Attraction function including Staffing and New Employee Onboarding
* Supports special staffing projects
* Intern will need to quickly ramp up on the existing tools and methodologies being used in staffing.
* Assist with key Staffing functions to include, candidate interview schedules and new hire onboarding and ATS maintenance & Job Posting
* Provide support in the areas of scheduling, ATS maintenance, posting and onboarding activities and reporting

You are:

* Excellent oral and written communication
* Team player with customer service orientation and flexibility to accommodate varied duties and changing priorities.
* Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and work independently for several individuals.
* Proven ability to work with highly confidential material.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Currently in a degree program

• Must be able to commute to Dublin, CA
