We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to work full time hours in our Pharmacy department!
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Performing technical duties in support of the provision of pharmaceutical care under the supervision of the pharmacist, including production, repackaging and distribution
- Performing daily cart exchange procedure
If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:
- High School graduate and computer proficiency required
- Training in an accredited hospital pharmacy technician training program or equivalent combination of education and experience, or enrolled in a ACPE accredited pharmacy school program required
- Certification through PTCB required
- Computer proficiency required
- Successful passing of a pharmacy calculations test required
Physical Demand Analysis:
- Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods during shift. Walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing up to 100 pounds, fine manual dexterity
- Visual Requirements: Near vision (corrected or not)
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear normal conversations
- Working Conditions: Climate-controlled interior environment
