Job Description:

Position Summary:
This position is located in the Bunge soybean processing plant in Decatur, IN. The Harvest Help employees provide temporary assistance to the plant in preparation for and during the fall harvest. Pay rate is $19.82 per hour.
Core Functions:
- Clean silos and bowls in preparation for harvest
- Provide relief for regular employees
- Operate bean dump scales
- Operate conveyors to direct beans to proper silo
- Process paperwork per department procedures
- Perform cleaning within the department as directed
- Work safely and assist coworkers as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skill/Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to work overtime and flexible hours
- Good attendance
