Senior Dynamics 365 Business Analyst 

Management Concepts is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join the IT team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving value streams cross-functionally and partnering with the business to discover and execute complex solutions to business challenges. Reporting to the Executive Director of IT and partnering with stakeholders across the company, the IT BA will drive solution discovery and delivery for Management Concepts’ ERP and CRM business systems with a deep understanding of the integrations to and from other business systems.  

What We’re Looking For: 

 

A bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related major, relevant industry certification, and 5+ years’ experience as a BA for ERP or CRM systems.  Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premises or online) a plus. 

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders 

Work with a sense of urgency that leans toward action, exhibit ownership in your sphere of influence, and prioritize the most meaningful outcomes 

Understand how Management Concepts’ business value streams and systems operate, and use that knowledge to identify opportunities and bring recommendations to the business 

Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and collaboratively develop backlogs translating business requirements and user stories into critical systems’ functions 

Lead process and system discussions to solution improved functions, features and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as needed and not limited to workflows, data imports and exports, automation, views, and reports. 

Work with the Management Concepts’ technical project managers and development team in building integrations from external systems to and from Microsoft Dynamics 365. 

Maintain alignment and open communication with business stakeholders and technical resources 

Communicate progress and other items of importance across the organization 

Put together and lead presentations for stakeholders at any level in the company 

Be an integral part of our technology solutions delivery process, helping sponsors, developers, and users to work together to maintain a successful cadence of releasing value to the business 

Generate and help others with testing plans/cases
