Description of specific Duties in a typical workday for this position:

* Work with OCFS and ACS staff to document the requirements for the system.

* Facilitate meetings with OCFS and ACS staff.

* Create detailed screen mock-ups to document the UI and user interface.

* Write detailed use cases and business flows.

* Work in coordination with a team of developers to implement the requirements.

* Perform unit testing and document all defects.

* Work with business customers to ascertain appropriate help, training, and executive reporting requirements as needed.

* The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Lead/Project Manager.

Position Requirements:

* 5 years of experience facilitating meeting with users to identify & gather business requirements

* 5 years of experience documenting functional requirement, business rules & security requirements

* 4 years of experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing.

* 4 years of SQL coding experience for writing SQL data queries for extraction and/or validation of application data.

* 1 years of experience with SharePoint for writing and maintaining team/project documentation.

* Bachelor's Degree.
