Cognizant has immediate opening for Compensation Lead. If your background meets the requirements and skills, and looking for an opportunity, is the ideal opportunity for you!
- 10+ years in Information Technology and Quality Assurance.
- Agent compensation experience within Life insurance area is necessary.
- Any experience with FAST platform would be a plus.
- Experience with agile and automation using Selenium/Java is preferred.
