We are seeking a Process Technician to join our Beloit manufacturing team. We are a fun and spirited work environment that thrives on teamwork and collaboration. Starting Wage is $20.75+ with guaranteed OT per pay period at 1.5x hourly wage, not including shift premium while working night shift rotation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Perform core process operations to create product using DCS automation

* Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills (valves, pumps, hoses, etc.)

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Computer experience with MS Office suite

* Strong team player with an ability to function in a multidisciplinary environment

* Maintain GMP and housekeeping

Job Requirements

The following are required:

* High School Diploma/GED

* Follow safety and environmental regulations

* Ability to work 12-hour rotating (days/nights) shifts, including weekends and holidays

* Perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload

* Strong team player with an ability to work closely with other departmental teams

* Willing and able to do moderate to heavy stair climbing (including vertical ladders), along with the ability to work above floor surfaces (heights) and lift up to 65 lbs

* Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

The following are preferred:

* An Associate's or higher in a scientific or technical field

* 1+ years of manufacturing experience

* Write and follow Standard Operating Procedures

* Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
