Position Responsibilities:

Read and follow procedures.

Perform multiple functions in a manufacturing environment.

Work with chemicals; may mix chemicals; work could be in a wet environment.

Operate manufacturing equipment/machinery.

Machine, equipment and work area cleaning.

Work is protocol and machine paced.

Rotating shifts and may need to work overtime based on business needs.

Strict adherence to procedures, attention to detail and accurate/error free work.

Knowledge and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Strong emphasis on quality, keeping area/equipment clean.

Basic reading, writing, math, metric system, computer skills and ability to use measurements accurately.

Read job-related material and write effectively.

Good interpersonal skills, and good communication skills - listen for understanding, express oneself clearly.

Good oral and written communications.

Must have a strong desire to understand and meet customer needs.

Must be organized, good time management skills and self-motivated.

Must have good decision and making skills, troubleshooting skills, and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Adhere to all safety and EHS procedures.

Must be able to work shifts.

Associate will be required to operate a powered industrial truck - will train

Required to wear production uniform and various PPE while in the production area

Must wear safety shoes (High top/Anti-Static)

Required Skills & Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or at least two years of production experience.


• Must be able to work rotating shift work.


• Must be able to work in dark light manufacturing environment.


• Must be able to successfully pass drug test and background checks.


• Must follow the standard work and safety policies in place.

Desired Skills:

1. Fork Truck experience desired.


2. Experience in manufacturing environment desired

Work Environment:

Toxic or caustic chemicals; Work around moving parts; Dark, subdued and light conditions Work around chemicals; Hot/cold and wet/dry environment

Carestream, in compliance with Colorado EPT Rules isoffering a very competitive $17.35/hr plus time and a half for overtime hours workedand shift differentialas well as an Annual Incentive Plan. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range and benefits may be modified in the future.
