Location: The office is located in Boulder, CO but we are open to considering 100% remote candidates. Some travel may be required if 100% remote.

The Role:

As a Sr. Associate of Product Operations, you will work within the Product Operations team and you will be an essential resource to help us achieve our mission.

In this specific role you will be required to:

• Work with Asset Owners, Product Strategists, Engineers, Lawyers, Accountants, Compliance Officers, Marketers and more to successfully manage the lifecycle of Cognizant software assets, from early development stage to retirement.


• Will lead various projects, such as bringing new software to market, relaunching existing software, or retiring software from the market.


• Work on ad-hoc projects


• Will also help improve and streamline processes related to software lifecycle management.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA preferred but not required


• 2-7 years of work experience in the Software industry, in Business Operations, Software Product Management, Project/Program Management or Software Lifecycle Management


• Strong understanding of Software Product Lifecycle and stages


• Combined experience of working in startups and large companies


• Delivery/consulting experience desired


• Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers at all levels of a large organization.

• You are able to understand high-level strategic ideas and bring them into hands-on implementations.


• You are a team player, have outstanding communications skills and are fun to work with.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $(70,000 – 95,000+) depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
