The Associate Director, Art and Graphic Design will provide leadership in graphic design and art direction. He/she can take strategy and generate into creative synthesis whether that be presentations, video animations, digital, social and/or print. He/she is also competent with graphic design work in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Xd, After Effects and PowerPoint.
The incumbent collaborates with key, cross-functional stakeholders to brainstorm, develop, and execute graphic concepts across a broad range of corporate and commercial functions. He/she is comfortable working cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on art and graphic design complexities.
The Associate Director, Art and Graphic Design ensures adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.
Job Description:
Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft suites with an efficient design process
Strong interest in turning complex concepts into impactful visuals
Keen attention to detail and desire to constantly improve on quality of product
Thrives working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling multiple tasks through completion
Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files and documents in accordance with specifications, using a variety of high-end graphics applications
Receive feedback and apply this to continuous improvements in quality output, develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence
Ability to take initiative and understand tasks quickly with minimal supervision
Must be comfortable working with demanding stakeholders under stressful conditions while presenting a positive image in meeting and work sessions
Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's (or similar) degree in a related discipline and minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in design-focused roles OR equivalent experience and/or education.

At least 10 years of professional experience in design support at a corporate level
Expertise in using Keynote and PowerPoint to ensure consistency in the look, feel, and voice of internal and external presentations
Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Word
Image generation through photography, videography and illustration
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Xd, Premier and Photoshop
Excellent planning, organizational, time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, as required in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team members
Excellent verbal and written communication and skills
