This role is responsible for driving customer and market insights in support of key company strategic initiatives and our go-to-market strategy. It requires a broad range of market research expertise, including end-to-end research design and execution, qualitative data analysis and reporting, and the ability to deliver insights that will drive strategic direction of the company and executive decision making.
Functioning as part of a global strategy team, the Customer Insights Manager will support critical go-to-market programs requiring experience in generating meaningful insights from customer and market data, as well as ability to leverage secondary data resources. This is a global role, targeting customers and markets in all major regions (Americas, APac, EU). This is a fast-moving and demanding position, requiring someone with the ability to pivot quickly and a constant desire to drive learning. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys analyzing and interpreting insights to enable fast-paced business decision making while working in a highly collaborative environment.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and decision making, and the ability to coordinate multi-function processes are keys to success in this role. This position reports directly to the lead of Market Insights, Research and Analytics.
