About the job

As a member of Danone North America's Talent team, the Manager, Early Talent Development will lead the overall execution of campus strategy for corporate business functions including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, R&I, and IT. You will lead the campus program in setting the annual agenda for each of these functions, ensuring the delivery of excellent programming for internship and full-time Undergraduate, MBA and Diversity recruiting initiatives. In addition, you will be passionate about implementing innovative solutions which continue to enhance and differentiate our approach to attracting and engaging the future leadership bench for Danone North America. This role will report into the Director, Early Talent Development & Employer Branding.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:


  • Provide strategic Talent Advisory support to Danone North America leadership and HR teams by seeking to understand their current state, strategic growth plans and associated talent/skill needs/gaps.

  • Create a functional Steering Committee(s) for Campus Recruitment and Diversity Recruitment with stakeholders from all key teams.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with functional Steering Committee(s) and stakeholders, including hiring managers, vendors, colleges, and the campus team, to build partnerships that yield consistent results, processes and credibility.

  • Lead and/or support annual initiatives which continue to transform our North America Campus function through the assessment, design and implementation of innovative technology and social strategies which elevate our candidate attraction, engagement and quality.

  • Partner with the Diversity Leadership team on the development of function-specific attraction strategies, including Danone North America's participation in annual diversity conferences, events and partnerships.

  • Demonstrate thought leadership on the TA team by staying abreast of external trends/practices and leveraging data analytics to influence the TA Leadership Team to consider and implement solutions which advance our goal of becoming the top employer of choice at the campus level.

  • Develop strong tracking and measurement processes that enable annual intern goal-setting and evaluation of campus success.

  • Bring innovation and creativity to our programs by building new pipelines and partnerships that enable the business to target and retain great entry level diverse talent.

  • Met and exceed our summer intern hiring goals with the assessment and evaluation of qualified talent and create a best in class experience for our hiring teams and intern cohorts.

  • Create, develop, and implement an excellent intern onboarding process and summer programming calendar that ensures high ratings for candidate experience.

About you


  • You have a Undergraduate Degree

  • You have aminimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Diversity or Campus Recruiting

  • You have prior experience implementing Talent Acquisition process improvements and leading project work in the areas of early talent development, diversity partnerships, sourcing, technology and candidate experience

  • You have exceptional organization skills and detail obsessed

  • You have experience planning and executing large-scale recruiting events

  • Demonstration of "Advisor" capabilities, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics

  • You have prior Campus Recruiting work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization preferred

  • You have Prior experience building campus and internship programs preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Avature preferred

  • Must be willing to travel approx. 20% annually

The base compensation range for this position is $100-115K.
