American Renal Associates, a national provider of quality dialysis services, is experiencing rapid growth and we are searching for the right individuals to help continue our superb performance. We are currently accepting applications for the following position inour Corporate Headquarters, located at the modern and convenient Cummings Center in Beverly, MA:



Senior Financial Operations Analyst


The Senior Financial Operations Analyst supports company growth initiatives within the Financial Operations team. They work closely with the Corporate Financial Operations team to identify and execute strategic new business and acquisition opportunities. The Senior Financial Operations Analyst assists with the financial development and implementation of corporate strategies and initiatives.




Key Responsibilities


  1. Support financial needs of the Financial Operations team and acquisition initiatives.

  2. Support the financial requirements in the roll out of newly acquired clinics.

  3. Participate in acquisition and restructuring activities and initiatives.

  4. Assist in driving analytics to understand the industry and competitors.

  5. Evaluate the overall performance of the company and impact on initiatives and business development opportunities.

  6. Assist in the continuing effort to maximize financial efficiencies.

  7. Additional duties as assigned by the Director.




Qualifications and Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, required.

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • 5-7 years of Development experience, or relevant work experience.





This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours of work may vary according to business needs. Occasional travel may be required (up to 10% of the time).
