The Financial Service Associate (FSA) will work very closely with the Financial Services Manager. Individual will be responsible for maintaining day to day collections, invoice processing, expense report auditing, and working closely with our Invoicing and Sales Departments. Past experience with dispute or problem invoices is a must. SAP, MS Excel and previous cash applications experience a plus.

1. Five or more years related experience in collections and or invoice processing. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is desired.
2. Analytical, ambitious, results oriented, inquisitive person motivated to succeed.
3. Organized, polished financial professional confident in communicating orally and in writing.
4. Must be accustomed to meeting reporting deadlines.
5. Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment and work well with a team.
6. Experience with Excel, basic MS Windows, Word and SAP desired.
7. Spanish/Portuguese speaking a plus
