KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor (Procure-to-Pay)for an exciting new opportunity. The position will support the Procure-to-Pay function for the company's operations in North America and the Asia-Pacific in Oracle Cloud ERP. This encompasses sourcing, requisition approval to purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction for the P-to-P group to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks


• Supervise and develop the P-to-P team of 5


• Ensuring full compliance with KLD's policy and procedures


• Guide end users toward the best and most economical purchasing choices


• Understand and communicate tax and cost implications of purchasing globally


• Supervise, monitor, and encourage vendor diversity


• Follow and support existing processes, look for process improvements, and document the processes


• Understand sales and use tax returns and back up the processor of the returns


• Be familiar with processes such as Concur approvals, customer refunds, P-card process, etc.


• Understand entire 3-way match process


• Be able to process manual wires and ACH payments


• Coordinate audit requests


• Have an understanding of foreign currencies and their conversion; banking exposure a plus


• Be able to conduct user training


• Understand payment process and back up AP team and manager

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance


• 5-10 years experience in Procure-to-Pay in a global, mid-large organization


• Prior supervisory experience including supervising and developing staff


• Contract negotiation experience helpful


• Must be very computer savvy, work in multiple systems, have strong Excel/Word, and Sharepoint skills


• A self-starter who is resourceful and displays initiative


• Have a strong work ethic and exhibit a positive attitude; contributes to a high morale


• Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels both verbally and in writing


• Oracle experience preferred
