Job Description:

Sourcer needed for a full time staff opportunity based in either Toledo, OH, St. Louis, MO, or Virtualsupporting our RPO Client.

• Strong Sourcing Techniques


• Clear and Effective Communication Skills


• Experience working with an ATS/CRM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting Sourcing Campaigns/strategies


• Updating ATS system on a continuous "real-time" basis


• Managing the recruiting process, conducting preliminary phone screens.


• First line of candidate experience


• Adhering to OFCCP guidelines and company standards

What You Need to Bring to the Table

• 1-5 years recruiting experience


• Ability to quickly identify, attract, and submit qualified talent for a wide range of roles


• Ability to identify qualified talent from unique and creative sources, beyond Job Boards and company database


• Ability to evaluate need and provide overall recruiting strategy recommendation


• Strong communication and presentation skills
