The Annual Fund & Donor Groups Manager is an essential member of the hospital's advacement team and will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising and stewardship strategies designed to increase participation in the Huntington Annual Fund among grateful patients, community members, volunteers, and employees. The Annual Fund Manager reports to the Director, Donor Engagement and Communications, and will be a metrics driven individual with strong project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. This position requires flexibility of hours.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience/Training:
Minimum 2+ years annual fund and direct marketing fundraising experience required, 5 to 7 years preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrated success in philanthropy-related project management. Digital and online fundraising experience recommended.
