Position Summary Candidate will work closely with Mortgage Advisors to provide an exceptional mortgage experience to their high net worth clients. The Closer is required to complete tasks assigned in an accurate and timely manner. These tasks include but are not limited to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring mortgage loans are properly set up for closing, working with the Client and Mortgage Advisors for timely closing of loan and preparing and finalizing loan closing documents. The position entails utilizing various systems as well as maintaining pipelines and workflow queues to prioritize deal flow.
Qualifications:
• 1 plus years experience in mortgage loans
• Conventional loan experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements
• Detail oriented with ability to set goals, meet objectives, take initiative and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Must have organizational, planning and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to multi-task.
• Flexible / AdaptableAnalytical / Critical thinking - be able to anticipate problems and resolve early
• MS Access / Excel / Word / Adobe Acrobat knowledge preferred
• Bachelors Degree is a plus
• Overtime may be required
