Bussperson
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel bus person provides support to the server and bartenders to ensure that every guest has a personalized and unique experience in the Restaurants, Bar and Pool and Beach area

What you will be doing:
- Assists servers and bartenders with food & Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed. Clears dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
- Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with the necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floor as necessary.
- Set up kitchen service area with needed condiments and equipment needed to provide service.
- Deliver food and sides to assigned area.
- beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Transports all dirty tableware and bar items from dining room and bars to a dishwashing area, for a proper cleaning.
Your experience and skills include:
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- High School graduate
- Ability to speak English and Spanish
EXPERIENCE
- Upscale serving experience Food and Beverage experience in related field preferred
- Hospitality experience preferred
