Summary/Objective: 

The Sr Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for the development of sales training programs, common selling methods and tools, communications systems, and performance standards for the Rogers AES Global Sales Organization. Ensures the coordination of activities among the sales groups worldwide for international accounts and programs. This role works closely with the global marketing team with the objective to build a growth strategy through understanding of markets and customers. Key tasks are to assist in identifying growth opportunities (market, product or technology), to develop customer/market and industry penetration strategies and to actively manage the sales opportunity portfolio. The Sr Manager manages assigned resources and builds their team to execute division objectives and to meet market and customer expectations.

Essential Functions:


  1. Ensures coordination between customer, sales and marketing plans and activities in order to maximize profitable sales.

  2. Develops and administers systems that provide global sales overview for business units and produce appropriate data analysis.

  3. Develops sales training systems and standards for the global sales organization.

  4. Administers effective sales compensation plans for departments.

  5. Develops, implements and administers global communications systems for sales and global program-related information.


  • Identification of new customer opportunities for existing products and development of action plan to capture opportunities


  1. Coordinate with the Global Customer Service Excellence team to insure


    • Globally harmonized customer service processes are defined and implemented

    • Key performance metrics are developed and deployed to drive accuracy and speed

    • Customer intimacy and satisfaction is improved



  2. Develop and oversee the global selling processes to insure that

    • The sales process is optimized to deliver growth in all markets and customer scenarios

    • The sales cost to serve model is optimized for margin capture and value delivery for Rogers and our customers



  3. Oversee the Key Account Management Process to ensure success at our strategic customers

    • Develop and oversee Sales KPI’s and metrics to deliver sustainable growth

Required Education and Experience:


  • BA/BS in Engineering/Science or Business Management

  • 15-20 years’ experience in international sales and marketing environment

  • 10+ years’ experience with leading team of sales and marketing professionals

  • Extensive experience in customer relationship development and management

Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Open and Innovative mind set

  • Ability to build and motivate teams and individuals

  • Ability to influence without direct authority

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Salesforce/CRM software proficiency

  • Data and data management and reporting capability

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Education and Experience:


  • MBA or Business Masters Preferred

  • Broader business experience (i.e. sales, customer services, marketing and operations)

  • Experience in technical sales

  • Knowledge of other languages, Chinese desirable

Preferred Skills and Abilities:


  • Strong technical learning capability
