You will be working with a talented team of architects, scientists, product managers, UI/UXD specialists, Software, Hardware, and QA engineers. Our teams are spread across several locations including Boston MA, Indianapolis IL, Belfast UK, Tel-Aviv Israel, Bangalore & Delhi India, Montreal Canada, Boca Raton FL, and Los Angeles CA.

You will be using the latest cutting-edge technologies to power next-generation Access Control and Video solutions. Our market-leading brands include Tyco AI, American Dynamics, Cloudvue, Illustra, Exacq, Software House, Kantech, Innometriks, and CEM.

How you will do it 

• The team designs, markets and supports our video analytics offerings for surveillance and security management platforms within the JCI product’s ecosystem.


• The Product Manager will be co-located and work very closely with all ACVS product management teams and engineering teams in Westford MA. 


• The TYCO AI platforms plays a pivotal role in JCI’s security portfolio and we will be looking for a candidate with security domain experience to help define the future.


• We are looking for a highly collaborative individual who can command credibility with both engineers and business leads. 


• Roadmap development, feature definition and prioritization to meet market/customer requirements and drive growth.


• Product lifecycle management from requirements through launch to EOL


• Liaising with the field and customers to ensure VOC is effectively leveraged


• Keeping abreast of market and competitors and using intelligence to help drive product requirements, sales enablement and GTM plans


• Engaging in cross departmental activities to help promote the company and brand

What we look for 

Required 

• Bachelor’s degree technical subject preferred


• 3+ years’ security industry experience or adjacent technology industry


• 3+ years Product Management experience ideally in Agile teams


• Proven experience in agile product management


• Strong technical knowledge in either Video Management Systems or relevant adjacent space


• Strong interpersonal, presentation, time management and organization skills.


• Self-driven, results-oriented with a strong growth mindset


• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and all levels of a large and complex enterprise.
