We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Managers (Restaurant Head Coach!) to join our team. What you’ll do:

Ownership and full responsibility for- - -

• Planning and Organization of restaurant including; operations, P&L management and people


• Team Member Development – staffing, developing and coaching


• Creating an environment of hospitality through meaningful interactions with guests, empower your team members to create meaningful interactions


• Problem Solving – conflict resolution with team members and customers


• Delivering Results – in line with Modern Market standards and goals

What you’ll have:

• Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant general manager experience


• P&L management experience


• Exceptional communication skills


• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred


• Managed and developed 25+ team members


• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards

We serve real food, which means using whole ingredients (things like whole grain flour, raw vegetables, fruits, legumes…. You get the idea!). We also incorporate real butter {GASP!} and quality meats and cheeses in to our recipes. And we prepare it all the way it was done hundreds of years ago – raw, grilled or cooked in a stone hearth oven. We avoid things like preservatives and artificial sweeteners and keep our ingredient lists short and sweet. We make things from scratch, which is a total pain, but it makes our food taste better.
