Job Description:

BUILD YOUR FUTURE, WHILE PROTECTING THEIRS.

You will be challenged. Rewarded. And valued for your unique experience, background and perspective. Join a team where hard work pays off and original thinking is celebrated. As you build your future at Westfield, you will quickly learn that protecting our customer's future is at the heart of what we do. We deliver on our promise to help restore lives and rebuild businesses when the unexpected happens. Building relationships has been a part of our culture since 1848.

Be a part of a team that recognizes and appreciates those who take initiative, seek opportunity and strive for innovation in a changing world.

It's Our Responsibility

We're humbled to have a story that spans three centuries. In return, we feel a deep responsibility to move our community forward. Our philanthropy complements the work we do every day by supporting nonprofit partners that help families push through troubled times. But it's more than money. We volunteer side-by-side to build homes, distribute food and mentor youth. We know that when we are included and valued, we are comfortable being ourselves at work. Since launching employee resource groups in 2012, we've come to better understand one another. Our diversity and inclusion efforts are integrated within our business operations and we seek opportunities to engage in this space with our agents, customers and the community because we know this will help us outperform. Reducing our impact is also important. Our new spaces reduce environmental impact by using less water and energy. By donating old furniture and materials to schools, nonprofits and parks, we diverted waste from landfills. We increased our recycling capabilities while decreasing the availability of non-recyclable Styrofoam and plastic straws.
