Job Description

The DotNet Architect will help to drive the company's full stack engineering road map in order to enable corporate goals and objectives. The Application Architect will achieve this by strategically designing, developing, and implementing applications and services for enterprise-level systems that are scalable and based on best practices. This individual will act as an advocate and governance over front and back end engineering technologies including web, mobile, API, and system integration related development. The DotNet Architect will lead by example, evangelize the technology roadmap, and be an advocate of new technology and development techniques.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with business partners and technical staff to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
* Design, develop, code, test and debug new complex software or significant enhancements to existing software.
* Responsible for coaching developers to continuously elevate their engineering

Basic qualifications for the opportunity
* 8+ years' experience developing .Net web applications
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
* Demonstrated Experience with full stack end to end development
* Ability to create user interface components that are modular, scalable, and maintainable.
* Expertise with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks like Jquery, ExtJS or Angular.js or React.js
* Must have experience in Performance Analysis, Caching Mechanism, Cross-Platform/Cross-Browser Development, Coding Best Practices (Error-Handling, Memory Leaks etc.), Code Review, Accessibility/WAI-ARIA, Internationalization/Localization
* Expertise in C# and .NET application development
* Experience with REST API, SOAP Web Service and SOA Development
* Experience with databases like Sql Server/Oracle/DB2.
* Experience with ETL and integration tools.
* Experience with Agile Development Techniques, Issue/Bug Management and Team Collaboration Tools, preferably with JIRA.
* Experience with Source code management systems like Subversion/GIT

Preferred Skills
* Hands on experience working in a hybrid cloud environment with Azure or AWS is preferred.
* Must have strong team and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task, when required.
