What you will be doing:

• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage colleagueteam
• Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
• Strategize on new products and service offerings and execute those offerings
• Create unforgettable experiences for our guests, manage guest recovery if needed
• Control stock for daily use in Restaurant, Lobby Lounge and In Room Dining to ensure service levels are met
• Assists in the development and implementation of Food & Beverage promotions
• Balance operational needs with administrative requirements
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment with continual emphasis on promoting colleague and guest health and safetly

• Previous Special Events and Restaurant experience preferred
• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to multi-task and complete projects as assigned
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performan
• Physical Demands
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
