The Emergency Room RN Manager will thrive in this active department featuring 13 beds treating up to 40 patients daily. The ER Nurse Manager will have 38 direct reports consisting of Registered Nurses and other support staff. In this dynamic role, the Emergency Room RN Manager is responsible for administrative and clinical oversight including budgetary oversight, evaluating staffing needs and performance, and implementing process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive Emergency Department management experience and is an adaptable leader ready to help the team however needed.
