Day in the Life
After receiving your instructions from dispatch the night before, you clock in and:
- Gear up in your provided coveralls
- Gather the equipment you'll need for the day
- Check in and review the day's Safety Plan
- Work with industrial power washers (40,000 psi) to clean tanks/tankers and trailers
- Sweep, clean and/or shovel materials
- Operate a forklift, aerial lift or other machinery as needed
- Ensure the work area is safe at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
- On call for ER responses
What you need to apply
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Chauffer's license required
- Basic computer skills
- 1 year of general labor experience preferred
- Required to wear a respirator as needed
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including overtime and weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- Good driving record with less than 3 violations in the last 3 years
