Job Summary

This individual will support supplier additions and make updates to internal systems to maintain data accuracy  This role will update and send new contract templates and follow up with new commercial contracts (CIP). 

Qualifications:

• Current student enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree


• 3.00 GPA or higher


• Sophomore, Junior or Senior status


• Highly motivated, positive attitude and goal orientated


• Experienced with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook.


• Previous QAD, SharePoint knowledge, DocLib and accounts payable system preferred
