Job Description:

Responsibilities

What would you do? 

• Provide for the overall direction and coordination of ABA therapy for our patients. 


• Partner with the patient/family to develop treatment plans, training, opportunities in the home to advance the goals prioritized by the family and team.  

• Collaborate with the BTs/RBTs to plan, coordinate, and provide for services of the patient / family while contributing to the mission and common purpose of the Company.  


• Supervision of BCBAs to meet regulatory requirements.  


• Provide ABA Therapy to designated patients

Qualifications

Who are we looking for? 

• Master's degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology  


• Active Licensure as a LPA   

• Prior experience in developing programs for children with autism
