Customer Service Rep - Outbound (Managed Care)

Starting rate is $16.50/hr. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. New employees will be assigned an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (MST) Monday through Friday. Twice per year, employees are able to pick from available shifts. These shifts are then fixed for a six month time period. PLEASE NOTE: Our offices are currently closed due to the pandemic. You will start by working from your home, but once we reopen this position will sit in either our Salt Lake City, UT or De Pere, WI office.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Research and resolve a variety of provider demographic inquiries to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Ensure delivery of accurate information updates for input into our applications..

  • Meet our quality, customer service, productivity and service level performance metrics on a consistent basis.






Requirements

Required Qualifications


  • 6+ months of customer service experience in an office setting

  • Call center or telephone experience in a similar environment or industry

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED

  • Ability to use multiple systems and dual monitors for research and data entry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare or medical insurance
