The Compensation & Benefits Coordinator works with and supports the Chief Compensation Officer (CCO) on compensation strategies. Assists the Payroll Officer with various tasks. Cross-trained in Benefits functions.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of compensation experience required.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook.
Requires strong excel skills and financial acumen.
Requires effective oral and written communication skills.
Requires critical thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Strong administrative skills.
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
