The Pharmacy Operations Manager supports the Hospital's medication use functions, through promotion of cost-effective resource utilization, establishment of efficient work processes and identification and implementation of best pediatric pharmacy practices. Provides direction and leadership to achieve pharmacy department goals and vision.

Required Education/Experience: - Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy. - Three years supervisory or Management Experience. - Pediatric Pharmacy practice, presentation, and teaching. Required Credentials: - Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist. Preferred: - Pediatric hospital pharmacy experience and/or Pediatric Residency Training. - Advanced degree in pharmacy. - Licensed pharmacy preceptor. - Record of successful cross-disciplinary process coordination. - Committee Leadership experience. - Project Management.
