Senior Technical Recruiter

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition you will be recruiting Python, Go and other engineers to help support our growing engineering teams. Pindrop is a growing voice authentication security company that specializes in cutting edge tech that helps our customers authenticate phone calls using someone's voiceprint and other factors. We only hire the best engineers and we are looking for an outstanding Technical Recruiter to rise to the challenge.

What you'll do

• Source, Source, Source - we all know the best candidates already have jobs


• Create a best in class candidate experience for all candidates who interview with Pindrop


• Differentiate Pindrop Employment and clearly articulate to passive candidates why we're a fantastic place to be!


• Build diverse talent pipelines for current and future engineering teams


• Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruiting strategies with an ability to manage customer expectations


• Guide and assist hiring managers in creating job descriptions


• Negotiate with and successfully close candidates


• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Your skill-set:

• 3+ years of blended corporate and agency technical recruiting experience required.


• Strong "sales mindset." Solid analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.


• Consistently deliver high touch and consultative experiences to candidates and hiring managers


• Experience with Greenhouse is preferred however other ATS experience is great.


• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
