The Director, Client Organization is responsible for coordination of sales and relationship building in a specific geographic territory. Areas of focus must be client management, revenue generation, resource allocation and territory alignment.
Job Tasks:
Participate with regional team in thought and planning for sales initiatives
Secure major new business and manage existing strategic accounts
Participate with client management efforts across regional area
Present and sell all business lines offered by B. E. Smith
Travel throughout sales regional growing and developing client relationships
Grow and develop new and existing client relationships across regional area
Communicate with regional and large B. E. Smith team regarding client planning, territory management, and client development
Make sales calls to regional healthcare executives to drive business
Assist with creating and maintaining regional forecasts
Maintain team communication through accurate and timely updates of CRM system
Meet regional revenue goals
Participate in quarterly Regional Review presentations
Minimum Education/Certifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the fields of business, healthcare, healthcare management or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
Preferred Education/Certifications:
Masters is preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Understanding of healthcare and the deliverables of clinical, operational, and financial executives
Understanding and knowledge of regional issues facing healthcare and healthcare organizations
Experience managing clients' expectations and constant communication with clients
Ability to meet and exceed regional sales and revenue goals
Ability to communicate with other department representatives to provide a coordinated team of support for clients
Excellent communication skills with focus in informal interactions, some formal presentations, telephone canvasing, social network and strong writing skills
Partnership focus in developing strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders
