Job Description:

SUMMARY

Provide fast and friendly guest service, manages inventory, operates cash register, and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

• Services customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Ensures all shelves are thoroughly stocked and filled.
• Prices all merchandise.
• Cleans and maintains cleanliness of countertops and fronts of counters, windows, doors, and tops of shelves.
• Sweeps/vacuums all floors.
• Empties all garbage receptacles and replaces liners as necessary.
• Prepares food and washes dishes according to all sanitation policies and procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and previous cash handling and customer service experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must be able to maintain a professional status through interface with customers.
• Must be able to maintain a professional working relationship with management and co-workers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The duties of this position are primarily performed in indoor climate conditions and exposure to smoke.

Position will require physical, visual and mental efforts due to nature of job.
