Overview
Our Dixon, CA location has an opportunity for an Assistant Parts Manager to join our growing Parts department. The Assistant Parts Manager assists the Parts Manager with the management of the Parts Department to defined objectives and targets. This position oversees day-to-day operations and ensures optimal efficiency, productivity, and ultimately, customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for creating a collaborative, team-oriented environment and ensures all policies and procedures are followed and properly executed.
The person in this position must embody TEC company values: Teamwork, Entrepreneurship, and Customer Focus, and exercises a high-level of ethical behavior at all times. All work is performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and in accordance with department processes.
