Position Summary:

This role works with Sales, Operations & the Inventory Center to effectively manage projects (that are specifically assigned) within the scope of the contract or agreement. This role provides on-site coordination for the customer and Mobile Modular with vendors to ensure the success of the project.

Duties/Responsibilities of Position:

• Attend bid walks, when appropriate, with sales representative. Capture information pertinent for bidding process.


• Read & understand bid documents & specifications. Be able to articulate important items & make recommendations for exclusions and inclusions. Protect & maximize profitability. Prepare bid response.


• In conjunction with the sales and operations teams, be able to estimate a project based on bid specs. Works with the Operations Manager on custom items.


• Weighing cost, timeline and company goals, have ability to select most optimal equipment for the project.


• Communicate on a technical & professional level while interfacing with contractors, architects, and customer.


• Drive projects to successful and timely completion


• Instill confidence in clients and internal partners


• Manage the design approval process with all parties – the IC, the State and other approving officials, the customer.


• Create and maintain a project schedule using tools like MS Project and MS Excel.


• Work with appropriate parties to establish timelines for production, delivery, installation, and punch lists.


• Work directly with coordinators to schedule vendors.


• Attend site meetings when necessary.


• Be the expert in construction and related codes and processes, both internally and externally.

Experience/Education Required/Desired:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ years construction related experience.


• Knowledge of the Industrialized Building Code (IBC) and variants for the states of GA, TN, and AL


• Knowledge of UNIFIED FACILITIES CRITERIA (UFC) to support our Federal and GSA team preferred.


• Knowledge and/or prior experience of modular building products preferred.

Special Considerations:

Local travel to jobsites will be required. A clean, valid driver’s license will be required.

Location of Position:

This position is eligible for remote (home office). Mid-Atlantic District:

Atlanta, GA; Arcade, GA
