Position Overview

This position is responsible for the supervision of accounting administrator functions for our Ethanol business group.

Key Responsibilities


  • Supervises employees that record transactions, invoices, or payments to the organization's general ledger or accounts payables/receivables systems.

  • Ensures transactions or records are entered accurately, timely and in compliance with procedures.

  • Researches and resolves discrepancies.

  • Assists with accounting close processes or the creation of financial statements and reports.




What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team

  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors

  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan, receives guidance and oversight from manager

  • Typically, does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised

Minimum Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or required

  • 3-5 years' relevant experience required
