Job Description:

This position serves as Administrative Assistant to the Campus President at Pitt-Greensburg, which includes the day-to-day management of the President's office, including managing the President's calendar. The incumbent is expected to operate in close coordination with top level administrators/cabinet and university executives, carry out assignments based on knowledge of the organization and approved methods of operation, and interact with all-levels of the organization including an extensive amount of contact with executives and organizations external to the University. This position is responsible for various budgets including St. Clair Lecture budget, Campus Beautification Circle Budget, and the Campus Beautification Community Circle account. This position must operate in an atmosphere of complete confidentiality and represent the Office of the President with the upmost professionalism to internal and external contacts

Relevant professional work experience required. Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered per University guidelines. Ideal candidate will have 6-9 years experience working in business setting/professional setting - preferably a University setting. Advanced computer skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a highly visible and time sensitive environment. Must be able to interact professionally with high-level University, governmental, and community officials.
