Maintenance Technician at KLONDIKE CHEESE CO. in Monroe, Wisconsin

Job Description:

This is a 2nd shift position. Hours are Noon-done Monday-Friday with a Saturday rotation.
Responsible for all aspects of production support including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance and project work.

Preventative maintenance of production and packaging equipment
Electrical trouble shooting and repair
Daily maintenance of all plant equipment
Emergency repair of breakdown situation
Installation of mechanical and electrical component
Assist janitorial staff if they have a problem they cannot resolve
Snow removal
Maintenance of material handling equipment
Inspection and repair of mechanical systems air, steam water and refrigeration
Pump inspection and repair
Recordkeeping of all PM, repair and parts used.
Will also assist in the maintenance and operation of wastewater treatment plant.
