DESCRIPTION: Design and deliver enterprise application solutions to meet business requirements and consumer needs. Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing PEGA platform. Analyze business requirements and convert into application business processes using PEGA Rules Process Commander. Optimize technical solutions by performing detailed code reviews and design reviews. Map functional requirements to PEGA features and functionality. Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery. Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices.
Minimum Education and Experience Required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of experience as Senior Software Consultant, Software Engineer/Developer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following skills: designing and delivering enterprise application solutions; and driving digital solutions across industries. This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: application Business Process Management (BPM) using PEGA platform; enterprise application design; IT environments including Cloud environments and On-Premises environments; leading technical teams; collaborating with IT leadership in defining technology road maps; performing code reviews and design reviews; mapping functional requirements to PEGA features and functionality; IT consulting or IT client service delivery; and PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC) versions 7 and 8.
