Client Billing Operations supports the end to end Billing process for the Global business units within CIB Banking, Markets and Investor Services. Support CIB clients, globally, who use the Treasury Services, Custody, Accounting, Fund Administration, Investment Analytics, Trust & Fiduciary, Transfer Agency, Prime Brokerage, and OTC suite of products. Primary functions include account and product setup, validation of data inputs into the core billing applications, invoice production, validation & delivery.

• Over $3.7Bn in fees are billed annually to over 130,000 billing relationships in 29 countries

• Over 150 products supported by over 3,000 service codes & hundreds of price points

• Over 2.4 million statements and invoices are produced annually

Role Description:

The Client Experience (CE) associate is responsible for the accurate and timely research and analysis of client driven inquiries. The associate will partner with senior members of Client Service, Sales, Finance, and Product/Pricing through the interactive resolution of inquiries and remediation projects. The associate will also engage in client related inquiries and issues with direct client interaction and focus.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze errors and control breakdowns, determine root causes
  • Gain business knowledge of the product/service offerings within JPM Investor Services
  • Support changes to create an evolving culture geared towards process improvement
  • Contribute to the team's roadmap by supporting tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor and report updates on operational performance indicators on a weekly basis Monitor and report key operational performance indicators on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Participate process enhancements including testing effort for tech enhancements
  • Follow all Billing and Client Experience SOPs, report escalated cases and issues

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Time Management/Prioritization, Multi-Tasking, High Attention to Detail
  • Timely and effective communication with Billing partners including updates and escalations
  • Issue Resolution, Organizational Skills, Analytical Skills, Leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (particularly SQL and Excel).
  • Project Management, Results-Driven, working well under pressure
  • Issue Resolution, Organizational Skills, Analytical Skills, Leadership
  • Knowledge of Tableau, data visualization and Alteryx are a plus
  • Preferred: Fund Accounting experience, investment banking experience
