Job Summary
The Manager, Field Training is responsible for managing and delivering the technical operations training for internal talent in the field locations to align with organizational initiatives and strategies. Oversee the selection and/or development of materials and resources for equipment training. Establish metrics to indicate training impact and create evaluation programs to measure effectiveness. Train operators, machine leads and maintenance technicians on equipment. Collaborate with facilities, regional and divisional leadership on equipment related projects, including to train staff equipped to install and run new machines, as well as to implement preventative and predictive equipment maintenance programs. This position reports to the Division President.

Working Conditions
This position is performed in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and printers. This role is expected to travel domestically within assigned branches 75-100% of the time.
