Position Overview

The Account Relationship Manager is an exciting, cross-functional role that combines project management, operational excellence, process management, and fiscal responsibilities to develop an associate into a business manager with visibility to all levels of an organization.

The position will provide the day to day relationship and administrative support for designated major accounts, banking or retail.

Responsible for the day to day relationship and performance aspects of the customer relationship with Diebold Nixdorf

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
• Prefer experience in managing customer relationships
• Must have strong PC skills for analysis and management of performance metrics
• Individual should possess leadership capabilities, demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively (oral/written) and have good problem solving and customer satisfaction skills.
• Must be able to function well in a self-directed team environment.
• Individual must be highly motivated and may need to be available during non-conventional hours and use creative thinking when problem solving.
• Position requires a self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills and a project management and performance management background.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer individual with exposure to Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other process improvement processes
